As I waited for the Hong Kong Consulate to awake from their slumber, I realized I was supposed to have the NON-ACCOMPANYING FAMILY MEMBERS DECLARATION notarized. So my wife got it notarized, but my question is Should I send the new notarized version to the Hong Kong consulate or should I wait to hear from them when they finally look at our application? Also, I have now included my wife in my life insurance and RRSP, should I also send proof of that? The reason I am unsure is I am worried the forms I send will get lost. Thanks for any responses
