I have a question about the 10 day fast track of LMIA.
According to https://www.canada.ca/en/employment-social-development/services/foreign-workers/service-tables.html, I should be eligible for the 10 day fast track for top 10% wage earner in my province.
However, HR told me that my company does not have some kind of specific permit/license to do fast track, and can only do regular one.
My question is: Does a company have to hold certain specific permit/license to be eligible for 10 day fast track LMIA? I checked multiple sources, and could not confirm this.
