Question 9: Development of your relationship

Hi Everyone!

Just going through our application trying to piece everything together and finalize it before submitting it late this month.

A question regarding the Sponsor/Sponsored Person Questionnaire in the development of relationship section...

In question 9 it asks about how our relationship developed etc. but it says to include photo/document evidence of any activities etc we did together. My question is more about layout of the entire application. How I have done everything is all my evidence of relationship ie: photos,ticket stubs, letters, cards etc are layed out onto a publisher page with info on each item - it is not necessarily in the format to break up and put with each question...


Is it okay to keep everything separate like that in different categories or should I attach photos to the questions that ask for them like this one?

Include all of those as your PROOF OF RELATIONSHIP.
