Question 6F help

How do we fill answer to Q 6F in the form when we are working and doing part time study?

For eg: If I am working from Novmber 2013 to present and then I also took part time course from March 2014 to June 2014 and then again from Sep 2014 to Dec 2014

Can you please help.

2014-03 2014-06 Education XYZ College (Part-time Course) Ottawa, Canada
2011-01* 2013-10 .......Work/Education/Unemployed ---whatever & wherever you did goes here .........

* assuming you sign application this month, which will make your relevant four year residency period starting Jan 2011.
