Question # 3 in IMM0008 (Schedule 3) Form

In the PR Application form IMM0008 (Schedule 3), Question # 3 asks :

"Do you have an offer of employment in Canada approved by HRDC ?"

Now, I am applying with Arranged Employment, but in a category that is LMO-exempt. So, I do not have an HRDC approval for this job offer.

What should I write as answer to Question # 3 ? YES, or NO ?

Technically, a NO would mean, that "I do not have Arranged Employment " ... so, in a nutshell, I am pretty confused.

Any pointers on this one ?

If I were u, I will tick "Yes" and attach a cover letter or note explaining that the arranged employment is LMO-Exempt.

Alternatively, email the Canadian Embassy in your country of residence and explain the situation. They will definitely throw some light on it for you!!

I am in the exact same situation, so what did you do? Did you check the "Yes" box and provide the name of your current employer? Any help is greatly appreciated.
