I was working from home in hamilton, ontario for company in toronto. Should i write hamilton or toronto in city?,

In your case, you were working from home, correct?

If yes, provide Toronto as city where company is located on 6F.

If you need to explain more, use another blank page and write 6F and provide details there that the company was based in toronto but you were working from home in hamilton, ontario.
