I am b.e mechanical engg with 2 years experience.
10th - 80% 12th -54% Dipolma in automobile-66% B.e in Mech-70% if I apply for student visa without submitting 12th marksheet it will be ok I am going to apply for post gradute diploma program.

Your profile looks promising. No you need to attach all the academic transcripts of your previous studies...

As you are worried about low scores in 12th don't worry they only consider your last scores which mean they will consider your BE score...

6.5spkng 6-list 6-writing 5.5-reading 6backlog in diploma
2 backlog in b.e mech
in 12th in physic 1 backlog and my 12th rslt is very poor
