Hello all,

I have a question. Does everyone receive an invite who have scores more/equal to the cut off. Or is there a pool selection out of those who are above the cut off range?

The CRS cut-off for each draw is the lowest score of any candidate(s) invited under that specific draw. So it's the minimum score to get an ITA for that draw and it could be a single candidate or a few of them scoring those minimum points to get an ITA. All candidates who have CRS points equal or more than the cut-off get invited.

Let's say the cut-off for a draw was 482, then everyone who scored 482 or above and was having an active profile in the pool should get an ITA if it was a general draw (no specific category mentioned like CEC, FSW or PNP for example).

So, it 'includes' the CRS points mentioned in the draw.

(2) Foreign nationals who, on July 27, 2016 at 12:40:23 UTC, have been assigned a total of 488 points or more under the Comprehensive Ranking System that is set out in the Ministerial Instructions Respecting the Express Entry System, as published in the Canada Gazette, Part I, on December 1, 2014 and as amended from time to time, occupy the rank required to be invited to make an application for permanent residence.
