Is it better to query through the web-form or write an email directly to CPC? I had raised query on the status of my application last week through the web-form and received a somewhat generic response that I am not satisfied with. However, the response did reveal that my file is with CPC-Ottawa and I was able to find the email ID for CPC-O meant for queries. Wondering if I should now ask about my status directly on this email ID?
