I received an email today named "CPCS client notification mentioning that due to technical issues, at the time of submitting your application, our system did not prompt you to pay the biometric collection fees as it should have". (attached is the snapshot). I was just wondering if someone else received this similar mail and if it is genuine.
Also, while following the instructions and trying to login with my same credentials to pay the biometric fees but it shows the email address can't be found in our system. So, wondering do we have to register a new account for this with the same email address which i used it for my application already submitted for the CEC application?
