I have got my COPR and will be landing in Canada in January 2018. Post getting my COPR i have managed to secure a job in Canada, my existing company has transferred me to their Canadian branch.
So my question is do i need to update CIC about this now? If I notify CIC about my job offer in Canada then at the time of landing do i still need to show POF?
My current POF status is i will be carrying 60% of the required limit in cash and the remaining limit will be in the form of Fixed Deposits in my home country bank. Is this an acceptable way to show POF or do i need to carry all the funds to Canada?
