Query regarding to add multiple DLI to my CIC account

Hi,

I have my visa till September 2020, which I got for diploma program but I received my Visa late. So, college offered me program for next intake which is Post-Graduate course in the same program. I have just got another LOA from another college that too Post Graduate program starting in January 2020.

So, my query is, How can i add the second DLI in my CIC portal as the DLI for the first program will remain same and change will be in second program.

Please help.
