Query regarding the status of Application

Hello Team,
I am an applicant of 5th Sept,
I have paid through DD,
I have'nt get any idea about the CIC people have been accepted my application or still under process.
In case of CC i knew that if the account gets charged it is assumed that the application has been accepted.
But what in case of DD?
