Hi everyone;Need your guidance & advise

I am going to send my final application to visa office London soon. I am not attaching RPRF with my appliation at this stage because as per my understanding visa offices request for RPRF, once your application has been assessed (somewhere before or after your medicals). I have already submitted my full fee of first stage to NS.

Kindly, clarify do i need to submit RPRF at this stage or it would be latter requested by visa office?

you don't need to submit the RPRF fee as the visa office will request it at later stage, that request could come along with the medical or after the medical.

Hi
you can send it with your application but its better to send when it is requested from local visa office.Thats what most people do.
best of luck

I am also in process of sending my final application to Buffalo USA and having the same question.

FEE PAYMENT
Follow these instructions to pay the fees. If you do not, we will return your application. Processing fees are not refundable.
If you are applying as…Then you must…a federal skilled workerpay the processing fees to the CIO in Canadian funds. Fees are payable by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) or to the "Receiver General for Canada" by:•certified cheque, •bank draft, or •money order.Do not enclose cash.Note: Refer to the Payment Instructions in this section for the Right of Permanent Residence Fee

I have already paid the Processing fee to CIO NS, there is nothing mentioned about RPRF.

I really don't want to pay RPRF until they decide and give green signal on final eligibility assessment.

Max :-X
