Query regarding proof of financial support

Hi, recently I have received ITA for Express entry FSW.

My father will be providing the required funds which are in his bank account presently. For proof of means of financial support i'm thinking of two options.

1. Transfer the funds into my account and get a financial status letter from the bank in which i'm holding an account.

(or)
2. Submit the financial status letter of my father's account and provide a statutory declaration from my father stating that I have access to those funds and i'm free to use them for my CANADA immigration process.

Which of the above options work and is there anything else I need to provide apart from this?

ok, so can i get the money transferred into my account from my father's and provide some supporting statement from my father stating that he has gifted me that money. Will that suffice?

Yes transfer money to your account via check or online transfer. Then get a gift deed made and mention those transaction details in the gift deed. If you search the forum you will be able to find format of the gift deeds used by other people.
