Query Regarding PR card Obligation

Hello All,

I have a query regarding the 730 days rule. I have recieved my visa and as stated in the CIC website they mention that after staying for atleast 6 weeks in Canada you get your PR card. Actaully I have some urgent works in my home country and I am planning that after getting the PR card after 6 weeks or so, I will return to my country and after around 2 years I will go back to Canada. Is it Possible ?? Another question is that while renewing my PR card after 5 years, even if i have met the 730 days rule, will there be any issue raised because I would have returned to my home country India immidiately after getting the PR card.

It is possible. You can actually arrange online with United Parcel Service (UPS) which can provide you a real Canadian Address. Upon landing, you can tell the IO to mail your PR card to that Canadian Address, so that UPS can courier the card to your home country in India.
