Query regarding POF.

Hello,

I received ITA in the previous (433 CRS) draw and have started gathering all documents. I am currently stuck on several queries regarding POF.

1. Currently we are 2 applicants but my wife is due to deliver baby by November, obliviously I'll start the application now when the family composition is 2, do i need to show POF for 2 applicants or 3 applicants?
.
2. I hold and FD of 12,741$ in my bank account in INDIA, this had been renewed automatically every year, so the new FD statement shows that the amount is there from June 2017 while the actual deposit was made in June 2015. In this case I should be trying with them to get a statement that I am holding the amount for over a year. This would suffice right? No additional proofs, just the bank letter?
.
3. I had done a one year degree from Australia and still hold some 7000$ in the Australian account saved from odd jobs etc. Its been there ideal since March 2016 at-least. Can I show this as POF? Not sure if they would give a separate bank statement in this case, so can I use the downloaded consolidated statement of 6 months (I did not withdraw it or transfer to India because I thought I could use it for immigration purposes).
.
4. So after showing POF from any of these, at what stage can I use these funds? You know, may be to pay fees or book tickets etc? or I shouldn't touch this from source until i land?
.
5. I know we need to have POF the moment we land(good to have), should the source be same as what we use in the application? Like, can I liquidate the funds and transfer to any bank in Canada that would allow me to open an account before arrival.

Please do respond if you know the answer to any one of these queries !! :) !!

Job Offer........
Pre-Assessed..
1 - 3 once your baby is born and you update your family composition.
2 - Yes.
3 - Yes and explain that since you're in India you cannot get a bank letter from your bank in Australia.
4 - As long as you're able to meet the required funds when you land you can use them.
5 - Yes you can do that.

Thank you brother +1!!!.
In above comment, point 3 again > Does that mean I could use the POF after I provide them the proof that I have enough funds(during applying)?
What I directly imply is, is it not necessary to have the same POF throughout the process until decision is made? (mine being 19K, 3 member)
(I will obviously have enough POF while landing, but need to use one of the POF for visa/landing fees as its readily available in dollar and conversion charges do not apply).
