Query regarding POF

Hi all,

My wife is the primary applicant but all the funds are in my account. We will be traveling together and will both be using the funds. Do we need a letter stating that she is free to use the funds for settlement? or is this part understood?

You need a letter stating that the funds are for her to use too.

I am the main applicant and the funds are in my wife's name. She wrote a no objection letter stating that she is accompanying me and the funds are for our settlement in Canada

Thanks! We submitted a self declaration stating that tge funds can be used by my spouse.
