Hello friends,

We got PNP from Ontario. We booked our flight from Delhi to Toronto which are as per below details
Delhi-London (British Airways)
London-Montreal (British Airways)
Montreal-Toronto (Westjet)

All above flights are connecting flights and on single PNR booking reference. There is no terminal change at London or Montreal between arrival and departure

I have below queries

1) Will we get the boarding pass for all 3 flights at Delhi airport itself?
2) Do we need to get the luggage checkout at Montreal and again re-checkin for Toronto.
3) Will all our immigration formalities be done at Montreal or at Toronto?
4) As we got PR through Ontario PNP and not FSW, is it ok to have transit through Montreal or will the custom immigration office raise any concerns or wont allow us?
5) We have 2 hrs 20 minutes halt in Montreal. If we have to do immigration formalities at Montreal, is this time sufficient enough to do all formalities.
6) Is there any other thing we need to keep in mind while transiting from Montreal

Any experienced PNP person with same situation, please share the insight on the same.

Thanks in advance for your time and reply

Others can comment as well

1)ask the airline and also verify when you checkin both boarding passes and luggage checked through to Toronto even given (2)
2)you will complete immigration and customs at Montreal as that is your first POE into Canada. You collect your luggage and then after immigration/Customs you drop your luggage off at a connections desk and then head for your connecting flight making sure you have a boarding pass for that. No idea if you exit airside at Montreal and go back through security for the domestic but you would need the boarding pass of course.
3)at Montreal as that is your first POE. Flight to Toronto is domestic so no immigration.
4)you have an onward ticket and hopefully boarding pass so that’s all immigration will be concerned with
5)usually 3 hrs minimum is recommended on here regardless of airport if a PR landing so might be tight just depends time of day and how busy immigration is with PR landings. No way to predict .
6)other than having all your landing documentation available, being able to show you are only connecting in Montreal.
