Query regarding PNP

I am a medical doctor in india and i wish to immigrate to canada and working as a doctor in canada is not necessary. I have given IELTS L-8.5 S-7 R-7.5 W-7.
I haven't done degree assessment right now. My MBBS degree is equivalent to masters or professional degree in canada. I have one year of work experience in India as medical officer.

My concern is there any job that i can apply for so as to get PNP?

I am also having 1 year full time job experience as a secondary high teacher. Which out of the two would be more appropriate to use - experience as medical officer or that of high school teacher?

Neither teacher or doctor are eligible for PNPs because they both require a license. What is your NOC right now? If physcian it must be assessed by the Medical Council of Canada. What NOC is a medical officer?

Noc of medical officer is 3112
How can i get to know the job opportunities that are eligible for PNP?

Noc of medical officer is 3112

NOC 3112 is still a physician so not eligible for PNPs.
