I have a query regarding "Personal History Form". I was just curious to understand why do they want this form from us. To be honest, I have only worked professionally with relevant experience letters in hand in just 2 companies, and many other companies I have just been absconded as I was working for time pass. I do not even remember the companies I have worked for as time being in the last 10 years. Now my concern is, If I mention only 2 jobs I have done in my last 10 years of work experience which I have the proof of, will it be okay? or will they put my National ID number and fetch all the details of where I have worked and for how long?
