I have completed an Post-Graduate certificate program (1 year program) in Ontario. And have received an job offer from an MNC company. This is an Permanent and Full-time job. This is an NOC Skill A based job. am planning to apply for OINP for "International Student – Employer Job Offer Stream" . Below are my queries:-
1) Is the "International Student – Employer Job Offer Stream" for students who have Master's and PHD degree? Or is it valid for me as well (Post Graduate certificate program)? Am I eligible for this stream? .
2) How much time do you think it would take to receive OINP nomination?
3) I am bit confused with LMIA? Is it something that I should be concerned with here?
4) Does the job offer need to have mine and the company HR's signature on it? They did provide me with a detailed job offer letter that 7 pages long with all the terms and conditions.
5) Do we need to fill up Express Entry profile before submitting an OINP application? Or can i submit it first?
