Query regarding GCMS notes

Hi Seniors /Forum members,

I have few Question regarding GCMS Notes. (Sorry it may be very silly but at least i am not aware about this)

- How we can request GCMS to CIC?
- Is their any stage after that only we can raise GCMS (ex. after MR only we can raise etc.)
- How much time generally it takes to reply CIC ?
- Is it a email reply or mail reply?
- Is their any limit for any applicant to raise GCMS notes?
- Is their any duration between two GCMS notes that applicant need to consider or it can be unlimited number of request we can raise?
- And last How to raise this request (any mail format or .....)

- How much time generally it takes to reply CIC ?a month
- Is it a email reply or mail reply?It depends on how you requested it. Most of time people provide email as it is faster to receive notes that way
- Is their any limit for any applicant to raise GCMS notes?No. But the thing is if you order it today you gonna receive it after a month, so at max you can order it 1 time a month.
- Is their any duration between two GCMS notes that applicant need to consider or it can be unlimited number of request we can raise? same as above
- And last How to raise this request (any mail format or .....)Link provided in 1st question
