Question:-
Can we sponsor MARRIED brothers under Canada Family Class Sponsorship? Similar to USA family sponsorship program

Following points not covered/clarified my question.

1. You, the sponsored person must be related to the sponsor and your relationship must be one of the following:

Spouse, common-law partner, or conjugal partner; orParent or grandparent; orDependent child; orBrother, sister, nephew, niece, or grandchild who is orphaned, under 18 years of age and not married or in a common-law relationship; orIntended adopted child under 18 years of age; orOther relative, if the Sponsor has no relative listed above and no relatives who are Canadian citizens or Canadian Permanent Residents (limited to one relative only).

It depends. If you have no spouse/common law partner, no children, both of your parents are deceased and you have no other family in Canada (e.g. aunt, uncle) - then you can sponsor your married brother.
