Query regarding Family Name and Given Name

Hi Experts,

I have an urgent query regarding Family Name and Given Name.

In my passport I only have Given Name and under "Family Name" this is left blank.

In the IMME5709 form it requires us to provide the "Family Name".

For example if the Given Name is John Smith then I have provided John Smith under "Family Name" as well as I couldn't skip this entry in the form.

Is this going to be a problem when immigration checks this? I submitted it online. Is it going to cause any issues?

I am just concerned because the full name now shows as John Smith John Smith

Please let me know.
