Want some clarification on below issue.
My parents came to Canada on 28-January-2017, We filed their extension in June-2017 for 6 more months.
But in July they went to USA for some family function and while coming back their passports got stamped on Aug-2017 according to that they can legally stay in Canada till Feb-2018.
But now we got approval for their extension which says they can not stay in Canada beyond Dec-2017. If they want to then they need to get medical done and file extension again.
I have query which should get preference their passport stamp or Approval on extension.
They want to fly back in January-2018 so we need to file their extension again and get medical done or we can rely on passport stamping.
Will appreciate your response.
