Hi

I have two queries about employment proofs
1. I dont want to share with my current employer that I am applying for fswp but they need receipient name to issue a letter with my salary breakup. It will be written on the " to " section of the letter.

Is there any work around?

2. My current and last company cover 7 years of experience but I have a total of 9 years of experience.
I cant get 2 years work exp letter from my first employer as I am not able to contact or get a positive response from them.

Is that really needed ? For the sake completion?

Thankz

Is there any work around? Well, you can get a supervisor/senior colleague to issue the reference for you in tune with CIC specifications then you attach his call card and you write a cover letter that due to company policy, you are unable to obtain the reference from your HR. Simple

Is that really needed ? For the sake completion? Since your current job is over 6 years, you get full points for work experience. You just get your employment letter and reference letter to prove this. For the other job, you can include the employment letter and since you can't a reference for it, don't worry as you don't need it for points but you have duly mentioned it

Thankz
See above, good luck with your application. :)
