Query regarding child application

My baby is born in Canada. Now, I am applying PR for myself and my wife. Do I need to mention my baby's name as well in the PR application? And is she also has to go through the Immigration Medical?

Your baby is Canadian Citizen so you do not have to include him/her in your application.
