My company filed my Canadian WP extension on Sept 18th.
2 days back, i got an update on my application asking for the below replacement document:
Offer of employment: Your employer may wish to submit at the employer portal a new Offer of Employment with proposed annual salary that meets the NOC's prevailing median wage in the region of employment. Please take note of recent changes in the prevailing median wage of certain NOC codes as of October 1, 2018. This must be received at this office by: 2018/11/27.
would really appreciate if someone can answer below questions:
a. what happens if the requested document could not be submitted on time? there was a note that says in failure of submission, a decision would be based on previously submitted documents. Wanted to get your opinion if this has the potential to lea to the rejection of the WP extension application?
b. would a new LMIA be required in this case?
Appreciate any response/inputs.
