Query regarding Canada PR process

Hello sir
Have query about our PR application process, we just started with our Educational credential accessment report. We came to know that my wife is 2 weeks pregnant and she is main applicant for Canada express entry program

What are the challenges we face?
Do her application still process and can go for medical test ?

She can still do the medicals but most people choose to defer the X-Rays until after the pregnancy.

Once the baby is born you can update your change in family composition and you'll have to provide certain documents (birth certificate, passport, medicals, etc).
