Query regarding Canada Express Online Profile

Dear Members,

I am getting a CRS score of 445 and I want to apply for the express entry and not PNP, but in the Application Details section in Canada Express Online Profile, it asks me to choose the suitable provinces for living in Canada, gives a list of Alberta, British Columbia, Ontario, All the Provinces; further, it also asks to select a Yes or No option for Ontario and British Columbia PNP.

I am quite confused with this as I want to apply for express entry and not for a specific province. Please suggest which choice should be selected

Choose All the Provinces.
You can say Yes to BC and Ontario questions. It's only to share your details and they may INVITE you to apply for PNP. With a score of 445 you won't need it.

All provinces.
Yes.
Yes.
