Query reg. photo size

Hi,

According to appendix A, the photo size must be 35mmx45mm and the measurement from chin to crown must be between 25 mm and 30 mm.

Question 1: My photo is 35mmx44mm. Is this acceptable ?
Question 2: I have a little bit of double chin and high hair. If I see the size from top of hair to end of my double chin, its coming to 34mm (from top of forehead to actual chin the size is 25mm). Is this acceptable ?

I dont feel an issue here unless you have got this photo clicked of your own, Its advisable to go to photographers who do this stuff.
If you have done that minor hicupps will not effect you.

It was shot by a photographer. I went to the photographer with the Appendix A printout.
But I am a little pessimistic with the output.
