Query on Work Reference Letter

Hi,
I have few questions on work reference letter. I have recently got my ITA. My EE profile has 4 organizations history; however my job code is different for 2 of the companies. I am working in my current organization since last 4 years. Could any of you please suggest on the below:
1) If I give work reference letter of my current company (4 years exp), can I delete my other 3 organizations from my EE application at this stage?
2) If the above is not possible, is it ok if my job code for 2 of the companies are not in CIC's job code list? Should I just add their reference letters? Also, my immigration consultant added same job code for all 4 companies in my EE profile. Will it cause any problem now if I switch the job codes?

1) is possible and that’s what you should do as you have 3 or more years experience. When you remove the other job experience you put them in personal history. Putting them in personal history would remove the need for a reference letter for them and also no issue of different NOC.
