Query on Paper TRV Application - SEP 2019

Hi All,

I submitted Paper TRV application in Ottawa office from inside canada and it received on 30 july 2019 by Ottawa office.

But, I am not able to link application to account yet. CIC call center informed that there is no status available on my application.

Any one facing same problem ? please let me know,
