I have filed for divorce with my husband and the proceedings are in progress. In this case which option should i use to denote my marital status? Currently, I have denoted it as "Separated". Do I need to get the medical examination done for my husband in such a case? And what documents do I need to provide? Also, I have a dependent child and I want to apply his PR for along with my application. Do I need to provide any additional documents in such a case?
