Query on Express entry eligibility

Hi All,

I have completed 1 year full time (IT) work experience here in Canada(Toronto) .My CRS score is coming as 390(celpip score is 7 in all band).Am I eligible to apply in Express Entry ?My brother in law got state sponsorship from Alberta and applied for PR .When he gets his PR sometime in next week ,will I get any additional points.my age is 41 currently.

Once your brother becomes PR, you will get 15 points for CRS.

Hi ,Thanks for the link .I checked the link and found my self eligible as per the assessment done there.
My brother in law(my husbands brother) will get PR not my own brother .Still I will get 15 points when he receives PR ?
My query is may be I am found myself eligible but does that guarantee an invitation with a score less than 400?Or like my profile will be lying in the pool ?

A score less than 400 is not competitive enough to get a direct invitation to apply. You'd have to find ways to improve your score.
