Hi seniors, I have looked through the IRCC websites and found some sort of non-consistency in calculating the points for work experience using the 67-point scale and the CRS scale. Please correct me if I am wrong.
In the 67-point scale,
1-year work experience worth 9 points, and
2-3 years work experience worth 11 points.
In the CRS system,
1-year foreign work experience worth 25 points,
2-year foreign work experience worth 25 points, and
3-year foreign work experience worth 50 points.
So for the 2 years work experience, the points in the 67-scale system increase while in CRS remain the same. For 3 years work experience, in the 67-scale the points remain unchanged, but in CRS the points increase.
Could this be regard as inconsistency? Thanks for your sharing.
