I have a question:
Does an applicant need to be on the 29 approved occupations list to apply come 2013 or does one need to be on the Complete NOC List which details all the occupations.
i ask this as i was told that the approved occupations list has been abolished. Not really sure though, therefore asking here. Also what are the chances of the list being changed. I am going to apply under 1312 Loss Adjusters which was present in the last list as 1233 Loss Adjusters and my wife is an architect also on the list.
I am going to take IELTS Test in Jan. I was thinking if i should book and pay for IELTS For me and wife now or wait for new updated list to be sure.
