Query from Singapore VISA Office on Work Experience

Hi All :

I have applied for federal skilled worker immigration on May 2014 in financial and investment analyst category. My application was processed and transferred to Singapore office on September 2014. Recently i got a notification from Singapore office regarding my work experience certificates and requested me to send further details on my work experience within next 30 days. I was wondering have any one faced this type of issue related to work experience certificates ? If anyone has faced this issue how have you responded.

I thought canada immigration office checks all the details and singapore office only checks financial solvency; medical and police clearance record before asking for submission of passport.

Would appreciate your comments on this.
