Query for TRV extension for renewal. Please guide

Hi all, I recently got my study permit extension mailed to me. I applied online with in Canada.

Now that I got my study permit, how do I sent my new passport to get a new TRV? Do I wait for them to email me?

I'm confused and your suggestion would greatly be appreciated. Thank you so much!

You applied for a Study permit extension, not a visa. You only get a copy of the permit as you had before with new condition and expiry dates.

If you want to extend your visitor visa, you will have to make a new application for that. If that is approved, you will be required to send your passport.
