Query for Second Master in Canada

I did my BS.c(2 year) in zoology, botany and chemistry subjects and then did MSc(2 year) in biotechfrom Pakistan then did job for 4 years and now I'm gonna complete my Master in Project management. I want to do my master in biotech from Canada.
Can I get my visa for second master in canada??

To get a study permit, you need to justify the costs of the program by expanding on your education, and showing better job responsibilities (higher pay and promotion in current employment) than you do now. How will the program advance your career and give you more money after 2 masters. For many masters programs, you need a 4 years Honours degree so assume you looked to see if eligible for your program.

I have 4 year experience in my field and getting foreign education would impact positively on my career. And finances are aligned. Change of my field for my 1st master looks fishy.

Then you need to show why you must come to Canada to take the program as well as show an increase in salary to justify costs as well. You need to explain why you cannot take the program in your country. Do you have admission to a school? If so what one?
