Query in Citizenship form regarding :Q13) Current or past citizenship record:

I am an Indian by birth and still hold a CURRENT Indian passport which will expire August 2024. So should fill:

Date Obtained/ Effective: as my Date of Birth..............is that OK?
End Date: Blank OR August 2024 ?
