Query about provincial nominations

I have not applied for any provincial nominations as getting ready for EE was hell of work. Now am waiting in the EE pool & wondering about Provincial Nominations.

Can someone help and give me info about -
1.which province is accepting now,
2.what's the eligibility based on (like they need any specific/different job experience or same as eligible noc codes of EE)
3.how much fees they need.

Just need heads up and i will dig deeper.

I am pretty sure OINP is still open. I know that Alberta is closed right now.
For OINP, as long as you indicated on your EE profile that you would be interested in moving to Ontario (either by checking their box, or by checking 'All of Them,') and as long as your score is over 400, you have a chance at getting an invite.
Note, it is only a chance- not everyone with a score over 400 gets an invite (it seems to be primarily NOC based, but we don't know which NOCs they are looking for), but that's also the only way you can apply to Ontario.
