Query about Procedure for applying to COC from Singapore Police force while applying to Canadian PR

Hi Friends,

Can anyone help providing information about the procedure that need to be followed for getting Clearance Of Certificate (COC) from Singapore Police Force.

In my case, I lived in Singapore for 2 years during the period March, 2013 to April, 2015.
