Query about NOC 2121

Hi experts,
So the main duties listed under NOC 2121 (Biologist and related scientists) are divided into two categories:
1) Biologists
2) Microbiologists

There are 6 main duties in 1) Biologists, and there are 9 main duties in 2) Microbiologists. Is it okay if my experience only aligns with the main duties of Biologist and not the microbiologists? Or will it be necessary to get a match with both biologist and microbiologist?

Many of the science categories are so broad I feel it's hard to have a job that meets 70% or more of the main duties. I believe you would be fine just meeting the biologist. I've been wondering the same thing. I'm debating between NOC 2211 and 2221.
