Hello Guys I am confused. I have 5years Multiple Visit Visa. Married to Canadian National for 3years and we have a 2 year old child canadian citizen. I am a filipina.
It is our second visit here in Canada. But this Visit we plan to apply for an Inland Spousal Sponsorship together with an open work permit application (they said it could get 3-4mos) I been here in Montreal for 2mos now and as Visitor Visa i can only stay 6mos max. inside canada. When do you guys think i should apply for extension of stay? (a month before the 6mos done?)
do i have a good chance of getting the extension of stay because we are applying for Inland Spousal sponsorship? what is IMPLIED STATUS?
