Queries - Visitor Visa for Parents of PR ( 6 months after landing and residing i

What is the best way to apply for a Visitor Visa before filing for PR for parents? Is it better to file for PR after they get their Visitor Visa?

They have multiple entry US Visa for 10 years ( as we have ). We are from India. Is it better to apply from India or applying from the US after they land in US at relatives place?

What is the expected validity / entry limit for the visa? We would need to shuttle between US and Canada for a couple of visits as we have people there and would also go on vacation. Also, would they be get a multiple entry for a longer duration if they need to go back to India in between? Would they get the validity as long as we have our PR ( validity of our ) with multiple entry?

As for our parents, they can show a auditor statements for property ties in India for a return confirmation, as he has already retired from work ( Central Govt job ) and mom is a home maker. But I am the only son for my parents which may cause a concern ( My wife has a brother based out of India moving to US on a H1 shortly hopefully ).

We are planning to apply for parents Visitor Visa with a covering letter requesting for 3-5 years validity ( I know people on H1 across in the US get 3 yrs multiple entry visa when they apply from the USA ) and a auditor statement and a copy of their US visa and our US visa's and Canadian PR's enclosed.

After they have their Canadian PR visa's, and complete their landing in Canada, would it be feasible to go to the US for a month or so and return to Canada. This way they could show that they have stayed out of Canada for some-time and return to Canada ( based on their Multiple entry visa's for 3 -4 yrs ). Has anyone tried this or done this before ? Any inputs and insights are welcome.

Further Issues that need suggestion / Inputs
- My passport has my father’s name mentioned as "ABC XY" . My father’s passport has his name as "ABC XYZ" . But we have a legal notary document from a lawyer in India on a stamp paper mentioning that "ABC", "ABC XY" & "ABC XYZ" are the same person and "PQR ABC" / "PQR ABC XY" / "PQR ABC XYZ" is his son ( me ). Hope this should resolve the queries in his application with respect to the last name and the relationship.

Note: We are husband wife putting up this query. We both have contracting jobs as of now if/when we apply. We would be filing our taxes for the 1st time this year in the next 2-3 months!

Any suggestions and inputs are welcome from all. Anyone with similar experience or issue please provide your insights and expertise. Seniors, plz assist.

Thank You !
