Hi Seniors,

I am a PR living in Canada. My wife is in India. She does not have a visitor visa for Canada. I want to apply for her sponsorship to get a permanent residency.

Queries: Relationship Information and Sponsorship Evaluation [IMM 5532]:

PART A:SPONSORSHIP EVALUATION AND INFORMATION ABOUT THE SPONSOR - TO BE FILLED OUT BY SPONSOR

a)
Question 3 ) Other financially Dependent mentions:
Give details of any other person who is financially dependent on you (whether they are living with you or not) and who is not already listed in the tables above. Include previous spouses or partners and any children from past relationships.

My question is regarding my parents. I have not sponsored them yet but plan to do that after my wife gets her PR. They stay in India. I don’t support them (on paper ).

Should I mention their names in this column ? Just want to make sure that I answer these question correctly so that I don’t jeopardize their PR application ,which I intend to file in future.

b)
In Question 4) Level of Education :
In question “What I the highest level of education completed? “

I am Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management…..its 2 yr course… and total of 19 years of education.
Should I fill 2 years or 19 years against Post Grad Studies ?

OR

Do I have to give a break-up against each: Elementary Primary ; Secondary/High School ; University/ College; Trade/ Post secondary

c)
Question 5) Address History

The space available is less to be able to mention compete address. Should I :

-Mention complete address in Letter of Explanation
OR
-Attach a new sheet along with this form to mention the complete address
OR
-Should I try to fit the address in short form in this column

Part C : Information about relationship:

Me(Sponsor) and my wife (Applicant) got in touch. It was through a matrimonial website around 6 months before we got wedded. So how do I answer:

-Did anyone introduce you? …Yes or No
-Was it an arranged marriage....Yes or No?

Regards
