My wife is a primary applicant for the Canada Immigration process.
She has done her BCA (2009-12) and MCA (DISTANCE LEARNING) from 2013-16.
Also, she started working in IT (Full Time) since 2013. Both, her job and MCA degree went parallel for 3 years.
She started her career in Java profile but after an year she moved to the non-technical role i.e. PMO (Project Management Office). Recently, since last 6 months, she is working on Cyber Security as IRM (Information Risk Management). The organisation is same for her since beginning.
Below are the queries:
1. Is distance learning degree applicable for WES evaluation and will it be equivalent to the Canadian's master degree?
2. Since her MCA and full-time job went in parallel for 3 years, therefore if we consider that her MCA is valid for evaluation, then will her experience be counted as 5 yrs (since 2013) or will it be counted post completion of her MCA?
3. As per WES, the transcripts have to be send by University but the copy of degree certificate has to be send by an individual, but in her degree, the University name is mentioned in Hindi. So will it be accepted or there is some other way?
4. Since University will send the transcripts after taking their own time and an individual can send the degree copy immediately, therefore there is a high chance that degree copy can be delivered to WES in a week but transcripts may take a month.So, is it ok if the document for the same reference number reaches at different time intervals?
5. In her 5+ years of total experience, for 1 year she has worked on Java, for 4 years she has worked on PMO role and since last 1 year she is working on Cyber Security as an IRM, therefore which NOC code should she refer from the list? We did not found any code pertaining to PMO role in which she has maximum experience.
