i have some queries regarding the FSW and the process. Previously I have applied for the QSW program. Now my queries are
1.I have sent my IELTS original TRF to Quebec,how can I send my application to FSW without the TRf,can I submit a copy?should it be notarized?
2.My NOC is 3012,how long can we expect it to reach the cap?
3.My university will send my attested marksheets to WES this monday (5/11/14) how long will it take for me to receive the ECA,can i send application without ECA,and send it later on?
4. In India it was not mandatory to obtain or register the birth till the year 1989,i was born in the year 1986. SO,I dont have a birth certificate. I have an Affidavit only. but my consultant says that an affidavit from the representative alone will be accepted in the absence of birth certificate.
5. Do you think that I still have time to apply? :-[
